Joseph Pessolano
Certified AHA Instructor | NYS Paramedic | Instructor Coordinator
For over forty years, Joseph Pessolano has dedicated his career to teaching
others how to save lives with confidence and calm. His journey began in
1981 with NYC EMS as an EMT, where his passion for emergency response
and education first took shape. In 1984, he earned his New York State
Paramedic certification, which he continues to maintain today.
Joseph is a Certified Instructor Coordinator for New York State EMT programs, an American Heart Association Certified Instructor, and an HSI-Authorized Instructor. These credentials allow him to offer both AHA and HSI training options, ensuring that every student, workplace team, or organization receives the certification that fits their needs and industry requirements.
Through CPR 4 Life Training LLC, Joseph has taught thousands of students across healthcare, education, construction, and workplace safety fields. His teaching philosophy centers on creating a calm, patient, and encouraging environment that replaces pressure with confidence. He believes that learning life-saving skills should be empowering, not intimidating. Every student is guided at their own pace and supported until they feel capable and prepared to act in real emergencies.
