Welcome to CPR 4 Life Training, LLC. By registering for a class, using our website, or participating in any of our training programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
CPR 4 Life Training, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides CPR, First Aid, and related safety training. By using our website or signing up for a class, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You understand and agree to these Terms.
• You will provide accurate information during registration.
2. Class Registration & Attendance
• Your seat is reserved only after full payment is received.
• Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted due to course requirements.
• Valid photo ID may be required for certification.
• Certain certifications require successful completion of all skills and written assessments.
3. Certification Requirements
Certification is issued only if:
• You complete all required course components
• You demonstrate required skills to the instructor’s satisfaction
• You pass any applicable written exam
Completion of a course does not guarantee passing or certification.
4. Use of Website
You agree not to:
• Misuse the website
• Attempt to access restricted systems
• Copy or redistribute website materials without permission
All content is owned by CPR 4 Life Training, LLC and protected by copyright laws.
5. Payments
Payment for classes is collected at the end of the session. Your instructor will advise you of the acceptable forms of payment. All eCards are issued no more than 20 days of successfully passing the class.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
A non-refundable $50 down payment is required at booking to reserve a class or group session. This down payment also serves as the administrative fee and is applied toward the total course cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the class. Students must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
The down payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds of any additional amounts paid in advance are available only for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not eligible for refunds and will incur an additional $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee.
If the provider cancels or reschedules a class, the participant may transfer to another available date or receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
These terms apply to all individual and group bookings.
7. Certification Issuance (eCards)
All eCards are issued no more than 20 days of successfully passing the class. Students must provide accurate and current contact information to ensure proper delivery. eCards are delivered electronically through the American Heart Association system. Processing and release timelines are managed solely by the AHA and cannot be expedited. Delays may occur if student information is incomplete or incorrect.
8. Liability
By participating in training, you acknowledge that:
• Physical activity may be required
• There is inherent risk in CPR/First Aid practice (e.g., kneeling, performing compressions)
• You are voluntarily participating
9. Disclaimers
• Successful completion of the course indicates that you demonstrated proficiency on the date of training. Maintaining competency and adhering to the most current American Heart Association guidelines is the participant’s sole responsibility.
• Training does not guarantee employment, certification acceptance by any specific employer, or future performance of skills.
• Instructional content is provided for general educational purposes only and may change as AHA guidelines are updated.
• The provider assumes no liability for the use or misuse of skills outside the classroom or beyond the date of instruction.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
